During your Evolution Meeting, we will discuss the following:

Your dancer’s progress & growth
Level placements and what’s ahead for next season
Early bird registration and ONE-DAY-ONLY DISCOUNTS for the 2025–2026 season — available only to families who attend the meeting!

***IMPORTANT***Please be sure to have all family decision makers present at Evolution so you don't miss out on tuition discounts!
*Pre Pro Evolution Meetings will take place during the week of June 2nd. Schedule to come soon.

Most classes will take their individual and group portraits during class time.
If your child’s photo time is listed later than your regular class start time, please arrive at their regularly scheduled class start time.
A few classes have a scheduled photo time that does not align with their class day/time.
Dancers should arrive ON TIME fully dressed in costume, with hair and makeup done. We will not allow costume changes inside the studio. See recital info page for your costume checklist.
Parents will not be allowed into the Picture Room. Parents will be joining their Evolution Meeting during the dancer’s picture time.
All other classes will run as normal with normal dress code attire.
ORDERING PICTURES: Picture Day by Memory Makers, the photography company, will email each dancer when their private galleries are live (2-3 weeks after picture day). You will be able to order directly from their website after viewing your personal gallery- no pre-ordering necessary!
