Pia Hamilton

Pia Hamilton is the proud owner and director of Intrigue Dance and Performing Arts Center. Currently in New York City, Pia is performing daily in Broadway’s The Lion King. In Chicago, She danced in productions of The All Night Strut Musical, Aida, and was “Connie” in Paramount’s production of A Chorus Line. Pia also toured for two seasons with the Radio City Christmas Spectacular. Other national credits include dance industrials for Reebok, Smirnoff, American Airlines, and Mark Kay Cosmetics. As a concert dancer, Pia was a member of Deeply Rooted Dance Theater, and apprenticed for River North Chicago Dance Company. 

As a child, Pia trained extensively in dance, acting, and singing since the age of 3. Most Notably, Pia played the character "Min" on the popular children's television show, "Barney and Friends”. She has studied with the renowned Paula Morgan, with whom she assisted internationally in Italy, Canada, as well as in the U.S. She has been blessed to work with amazing artists and directors such as Kevin Iega Jeff, Gary Abbott, Paula Morgan, Frank Chaves, Laura Wade, and Sharon and Brandye Burriss.

Through all her endeavors, Pia is a proud member of the Actor’s Equity Association and the American Guild for Variety Artists. Along with her professional experience, Pia has been teaching, assisting, and choreographing dance since college. She has taught all levels of dance to students and adults of all ages. She resides as the Artistic Director of Framework Dance Chicago, and Intrigue Dance Performance Company, Intrigue Dance’s two in-house dance companies. She has choreographed and directed her companies to perform for Lollapalooza, for the R&B Artist ‘Siren’, and for events such as Escencia, Dance Chicago, Twist Out For Cancer, the Alzheimers Association, Make a Wish Foundation, and WGN’s Christmas Segments to name a few.

With her extensive knowledge and love for dance, Pia brings dedication, passion, and professionalism to her classes. She also has a B.S. degree in Sports Medicine from Pepperdine University. Her knowledge of the kinesiology and anatomy of the body has aided in providing her students with a healthy approach to the exercise and health benefits of dance. It has been her dream to create a nurturing, supportive, and educational atmosphere for adults and kids, and she loves sharing her passion for dance with others. Dustin Hamilton


Dustin has an extensive background in the performing arts. He received his BA in Acting at Illinois State University, and has performed in over 30 professional productions in and around the Chicago Land area. Favorite Regional credits include Superman the Musical, The Music Man, Kiss of the Spider Woman, Dr. Sex, Joseph…Dreamcoat, Of Thee I Sing, Pinocchio, A Christmas Carol, Forever Plaid, The Fantasticks.

Dustin has been seen in National and Regional print ads, along with National TV spots for Budweiser, Miller Lite, US Cellular, Playstation, Best Buy and the US Armed Forces. Film Credits include "Keeper of the Necklace" and An "Enigma". He is a proud member of the Screen Actors Guild (SAG) as well as Actors Equity Association (AEA). Dustin co-founded Intrigue Dance with his wife Pia in the hopes of creating a great learning environment for young kids as well as current and aspiring artists to grow in the realm of dance performance.

It is his desire to continue his own growth along with all of the students at Intrigue in various forms of dance. None of this would be possible without Pia, who along with her incredible talent, brings the very essence of what Intrigue Dance is all about to each and every student she teaches. It is her love, desire, passion, and professionalism that makes Intrigue Dance what it is.
